J16 Women: 8.20 / 8.40; J17 Women: 8.05 / 8.25; J18 Women: 7.50 / 8.10

J16 Men: 7.15 / 7.35; J17 Men: 6.55 / 7.15; J18 Men: 6.45 / 7.05

*We know athletes develop at different rates and that many erg scores reflect last season’s results. If you are having a strong start to the season and believe you are on a recruiting trajectory, or were held back by injury or illness last season, please send us a brief email to discuss camp attendance.

For Year 11 / J16 Athletes:

Under NCAA rules, college coaches cannot speak directly with athletes until June 15 after year 11 / sophomore year. However, at the Talent ID camp:

• Coaches can observe your erg performance and review your times.

• Coaches can watch your technical execution in the rowing tank.

• Coaches can speak with your parents about general recruiting questions and program pathways.

This means you can showcase your ability early while ensuring everything stays fully compliant with NCAA regulations. It’s one of the most effective ways to get on coaches’ radars before the official recruiting window opens.
